Our aim is to provide you with a great service, we don’t delay orders your experience is important to us. Our delivery methods are, via courier service main city centres are via Fastway and Outbound areas via The Courier Guy. We always aim to deliver within 3-5 business working days, Note for outbound areas delivery could take up to 10-15 days depending on the payment method used and the verification thereof and delivery address. Orders are dispatched directly from our head office in Johannesburg South Africa. Please note we do not dispatch or deliver orders over weekends or on public holidays.  Note these Terms and conditions listed on this page are accepted at time of check-out - Orders are only dispatched once payment is received in our bank account.

returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 business days of receipt of your package, item must be returned in its original packaging.
